AI fundamentals,
taught by people
who use it daily
Masterclasses on artificial intelligence built around what practitioners actually do — not what textbooks describe.
Each session moves from concept to applied technique, with time to observe, question, and repeat.
Live sessions run weekly. Recordings available within 24 hours of broadcast.
When the material stops making sense
AI concepts can stall learners at unexpected points — not because the material is too advanced, but because the gap between explanation and application is wider than expected. The support structure here is built around that specific problem.
Instructors hold scheduled office hours twice per week. Questions submitted between sessions receive written responses before the next live meeting. No automated replies, no community-only support threads as a substitute for direct access.
- Weekly live Q&A with the instructor — not a teaching assistant
- Written feedback on submitted exercises within 72 hours
- A private channel for each cohort, moderated by the instructor directly
- Session recordings indexed by topic, searchable by concept name
Conditions under which this works
This format suits a specific kind of learner. It does not suit everyone, and that is by design. The following describes who gets the most from it — and who is likely to find it frustrating.
You have 5–8 hours per week
Sessions run 90 minutes. The remaining time is for exercises and review. Less than this and the material does not consolidate properly between meetings.
No prior ML background needed
The program starts from scratch on every technical concept. Comfort with basic spreadsheets and logical reasoning is enough. Programming experience helps but is not required in the first half.
You work better with a fixed schedule
Self-paced formats work for some. This one does not offer that flexibility. Cohort sessions are scheduled and attendance shapes the experience — both for you and for others in the group.
Outcome is skill, not certification
A completion record is issued, but the program is not designed around it. The focus is on being able to apply what was covered — in a job, a project, or a further course — not on passing an assessment.
Questions are part of the work
Passive watching does not move things forward here. Instructors design sessions to surface confusion early. Participants who ask questions get more out of the format than those who wait for clarity to arrive on its own.
Progress is measured in weeks, not days
The program runs over 10 weeks. Early sessions cover groundwork that only becomes useful later. If you need to see results in the first two weeks, the pacing will feel slow.
What the investment covers
Pricing is structured in three tiers based on access level and cohort size. All tiers include the full 10-week curriculum, session recordings, and written exercise feedback. The difference is in direct instructor time and group size.
Seats in smaller cohorts are limited per intake. The next opening depends on current enrollment — the contact page has current availability.
All materials remain accessible for 12 months after the cohort closes, including updated references added post-session.
The people around you in this
Cohorts pull from different industries and countries. The mix is intentional — AI applications in logistics look different from those in healthcare or media, and hearing those perspectives during sessions changes how participants think about the material.
Instructors are practitioners with active projects, not educators who moved away from the field. The two currently leading cohorts are below.
Tobias Okafor
ML systems, data pipelines
Works on production ML systems for a logistics firm. Leads the technical track — model architecture, training loops, evaluation methods.
Veronika Szabó
Applied AI, decision systems
Consults on AI adoption for mid-size organisations. Leads the applied track — framing problems, evaluating tools, working with non-technical stakeholders.
